Warm-up: 50 step ups
Lunges:3x5
Squats:2x5
Toe Raises: 2x10
Stretches:Right leg-15 seconds
                Left leg-15 seconds
                Butterfly-15 seconds

Warm-up: Right/Left arm 15 seconds
Bench Press: 3x8 (10 pounds)
